A Study on the Cultivation of Russian Talents in Heilongjiang under the National Development Strategy of “One Belt and One Road”

中国倡议的"一带一路"倡议是区域合作的新范式和全球治理的新探索。"一带一路"愿景为中国与俄罗斯和中亚等国的合作提供了一个新平台。俄语在"一带一路"建设中发挥重要作用。国内俄语人才的培养应当顺应时代的发展和要求,黑龙江省具有培养俄语人才的天然地缘优势。随着"一带一路"建设的推进,黑龙江省高校将培养出更多的高素质、高层次、复合型、国际视野的俄语人才。

The National development strategy of“One Belt and One Road”advocated by Chinese is the new paradigm of regional cooperation and the new exploration of the global governance.The vision of“One Belt And One Road”provides a new platform for China to cooperate with Russia and central Asian countries.Russian plays an important role in“One Belt And One Road”.The cultivation of domestic Russian talents should conform to the development and demands of the times.Heilongjiang province has the natural geographical advantage in cultivating Russian talents.With the development of“One Belt And One Road”,the universities in Heilongjiang province will develop more high-quality,high-level,complex and international Russian talents.
