随着社会文化的多样性,许多教师受各种文化、思想浪潮的影响,相继出现了一系列师德失范行为,对学生的成长与发展造成了不良影响。因此,当代教师应努力学习中华传统师德观,努力提升自身文化素养及道德品质,为广大学生树立良好的形象,推动教育教学事业的稳定发展。

In this day and age,along with the diversified development of social culture,there appear a series of misconducts in teaching ethics among some teachers who get influenced by various culture ideological trends,which has exerted adverse effects on the growth and development of college students.Therefore,contemporary teachers should strive to learn Chinese traditional ethics view,should make great efforts to improve their own cultural quality and moral quality,should set up good images for the fellow students,and should promote the stable development of education teaching career.
