20世纪50年代—60年代中期是中苏友好的鼎盛时期。在两国友好的时代背景下,两国政府签订了一系列友好合作协议,包括派遣中国学生和工人赴苏联学习及参加生产实践活动的协议。通过叙述乌拉尔中部地区中国学生和工人来苏联的时代背景,学习、工作状况,以及他们通过刻苦顽强的努力所取得的优异成绩,揭示乌拉尔地区第二阶段华人移民的历史面貌。

The period from the 1950s to mid-1960s is regarded as the golden age of Sino-soviet friendship.Under the background of good friendship between the two countries,the two governments sign a series of friendly cooperation agreements,including the agreement of sending Chinese students and workers to the Soviet union to study and to participate in production practice activities.This paper,through discussing the historical background,learning and working conditions,and their excellent achievements through tenacious efforts for the Chinese students and workers in the central region of Ural,reveals the history of the Chinese immigrants of the second stage in Urals.
