民营企业是与国有企业相对应的一种企业类型,是民间主体经营除国家投资和国家专营企业以外的企业形式。民营企业的发展存在深层次的问题,需要在多方面进行改革,建立健全相关法律,适应市场经济环境的急切需要,是社会主义法治的必然要求。

The private enterprise is a type of enterprise opposite to the state-owned enterprise,and it is a form of enterprise operated by the private business apart from state investment and state monopoly enterprises.There exist deep-level problems in the development of private enterprises;therefore,there is a need to take reform in many aspects,to establish relevant laws,and to adapt to the urgent requirement of market economy environment,which is the necessary requirement of socialist rule of law.
