Developed countries have such advanced experience in supporting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises as the supporting legal system,flexible financing methods,preferential tax policies and the innovative production technology.This paper,based on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,puts forward some effective ways to promote the development of small and mediumsized enterprises in our country like perfecting the legal regulation,opening up new financing channels,promoting the adjustment of industrial structure,and strengthening the technological innovation ability.The ways aim to achieve the transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises and to speed up the pace of the construction.
