服务区域产业视角下高职院校专业人才培养研究

A Study of Professional Personnel Training in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Service Regional Industry

高职院校在建立之初便是以培养技术型人才作为工作的出发点与落脚点,但根据目前我国高职院校的发展情况来看,存在很多教学中的问题。审视我国高职人才培养质量保障的现状和问题,运用系统科学理论、管理理论等对完善高校本科人才培养质量保障提出对策,为我国高等教育的发展提供参考。

Higher vocational colleges in our country have been taking the training of technical talents as the starting point and the foothold since the foundation;however,there still exist many problems in the teaching process according to the current development situation of higher vocational colleges.This paper examines the present situation and problems in assuring the training quality of higher vocational talents,and puts forward the countermeasures based on the theory of system science,management theory,hoping to providing reference for the development of higher education in China.
