摘要
从样品接收、前处理、检验、报告4个方面分别探讨了食品微生物能力验证的重要因素和关键环节。对定量检验的常做项目和定性检验的关键步骤逐个进行分析,并总结检验过程中需要注意的事项。
The important factors and key links of food microbiology proficiency testing were discussed from four aspects:sample receiving,pretreatment,inspection and report.The key steps of the quantitative test and the qualitative test were analyzed one by one and the matters needing attention in the inspection process were provided.
