摘要 小组主题演讲是欧美教学中一种常用的教学方法,近年来在我国的高等教育中也开始被广泛应用于外语教学及其他学科的双语教学实践中,但将其应用于非外语课程的其他专业课的教学研究相对较少。将小组主题演讲应用于食品科学与工程专业的核心课程食品技术原理,实践证明这种方式可以更好地调动学生的学习热情,提高课堂教学效果。本文以其在食品技术原理课程具体的实施过程为例,探讨了将其应用于非外语理工科专业课程的可行性,并提出了在实践过程中需注意的问题,以期为主题演讲在高等院校课程教学中广泛和深入应用起到抛砖引玉的效果。 Group Topic Presentation is a common used teaching method in European and American teaching.In recent years,it has also been widely applied in foreign language teaching and other bilingual subjects in our higher education.However,there are relatively few studies on the teaching of other majors in non-foreign language courses.The author applied the Group Topic Presentation to the principles of food technology,one of the core courses of food science and engineering.In recent years,the practice has been proved that it can better mobilize the enthusiasm of students and improve the effect of classroom teaching.In this study,taking the course of the implementation of the principles of food technology as an example,we discussed the feasibility of applying it to non-foreign language science and engineering courses,and put forward some problems needing attention in the process of practice,which helps the keynote speech widely and deeply applied in the teaching of higher learning.
