近年来,随着经济的发展,市场结构、劳动组织方式以及对人才需求的变化,用人单位对从业者的技能和知识能力要求有了明显的提高,而传统教学方法已经不能满足现代职业能力培养的要求。因此,一些适应当代人才培养需求的教学方法和教学模式应运而生,其中以培养关键能力为核心的"行动导向型"教学模式被广泛推广,"行动导向型"教学模式注入职业教育一种先进的职业教学理念。因此在乳制品生产技术课程中进行行动导向教学模式的改革,是职业教育发展的必然趋势,该模式以培养学生职业能力为重点、基于和企业对工作过程的课程开发和设计,充分体现高职教学中的职业性、实践性和开放性。

In recent years,with the development of the economy,the market structure,the way of labor organization and the change in the demand for talents have made the employers improve the skills and knowledge ability of the practitioners obviously,and the traditional teaching methods can not meet the requirements of the modern professional ability training.Therefore,some teaching methods and teaching modes that adapt to the needs of contemporary talent cultivation arise spontaneously.Among them,the“action oriented”teaching mode,with the core of training key ability,is widely popularized.It is injected into the advanced vocational education concept of vocational education.Therefore,it is the inevitable trend of the development of vocational education to carry out the reform of the action oriented teaching mode in the course of dairy production technology.This mode takes the training of students’professional ability as the focus,and the development and design of the course based on the business process.It fully embodies the professionalism,practicality and openness of the higher vocational education.
