Strengthening the archives management of food hygiene in food supervision not only provides more convenience and evidence for food supervision,but also enhances the responsibility of food production and processing companies,prompting consumers to trust food hygiene and safety.In order to play a positive role of the archives management of food hygiene in food supervision,this paper analyzes the current situation of the archives management of food hygiene in food supervision,proposes corresponding solutions to the existing problems,and fully strengthens food hygiene in food supervision.
