高效液相色谱法测定蔬菜中氨基甲酸酯类农药

Determination of Carbamic Acid Esters in Vegetables by HPLC

目的:采用HPLC法测定蔬菜中氨基甲酸酯类农药。方法:选取乙腈溶剂对样品内氨基甲酸酯类农药超生提取,借助HPLC法对其进行定量分析。结果:一定浓度范围内,质量浓度与峰面积有良好线性关系,相关系数0.992～0.992,加标回收率79%～91%,RSD为0.8%～4.9%,方法检出限0.002～0.005 mg/kg。结论:高效液相色谱法在蔬菜氨基甲酸酯类农药的测定十分适用,具有灵敏度高、准确性好的显著特点。

Objective:To determine carbamic acid esters in vegetables by HPLC.Methods:Acetonitrile solvent was used for quantitative analysis by HPLC.Results:Within a certain concentration range,there was a good linear relationship between mass concentration and peak area,with correlation coefficient between 0.992~0.992,marking recovery rate between 79%and 91%,RSD 0.8%~4.9%,and detection limit between 0.002mg/kg and 0.005mg/kg.Conclusion the method is sensitive,accurate and suitable for the determination of vegetable carbamate pesticides.
