不同来源褐藻胶对空心硬胶囊壳特性的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Alginate from Different Sources on the Properties of Hard Capsule Shells

摘要 将褐藻精加工的副产物褐藻胶纯化,与商业化褐藻胶进行复配,制备硬胶囊壳,选用羟丙基甲基纤维素为增稠剂,甘油为增塑剂。考察不同来源褐藻胶配比对产品理化特性的影响,包括胶囊厚度、透光率、拉伸强度、干燥失重比、人工胃肠液崩解时间等指标。确定副产物褐藻胶与商业化褐藻胶的体积比为3∶2,褐藻胶总浓度0.01 g/m L,羟丙基甲基纤维素浓度0.05 g/m L,按质量配比1∶1混胶。所得空心硬胶囊壳的成囊率达90%,厚度0.068 mm,抗拉伸强度3.852 MPa,透光率45.1%,干燥失重比为25%,人工胃液崩解时间大于24 h,人工肠液崩解为23 min符合国标要求。利用褐藻胶制备硬胶囊壳工艺简单,成本较低,可制备实用又健康的植物胶囊产品,为褐藻综合加工利用奠定基础。 In order to make full use of alginate,which is a byproduct of brown algae,capsule thickness,transmittance,tensile strength,dry weight loss ratio and artificial gastrointestinal fluid disintegration time as index,the selection of different sources of alginate as the main raw material,hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose as a thickening agent and glycerol as plasticizer to make hard capsule shells.Results demonstrate the following optimum conditions:ratio of byproduct alginate and commercial alginate 3∶2;alginate concentration,0.01g/mL;hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose concentration,0.05 g/mL;according to mass ratio of alginate and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose 1∶1 mixed glue.The results of obtained hollow hard capsule shells:the rate of cyst forming,90%;thickness 0.068 mm;tensile strength,3.852 MPa;transmittance,45.1%;drying loss,25%,artificial gastric juice disintegration time was more than 24 h;artificial intestinal juice disintegration was 23 min.The process is simple,this low cost,practical and healthy plant capsule lays the foundation for the comprehensive processing and utilization of brown algae.
