摘要 煤层自燃是一个极其复杂的动态变化过程,按照试验流程对煤样进行了程序升温控制测试,根据相关数据统计结果,笔者发现各种气体浓度随温度的变化规律,并对煤氧化温度与气体产物的特性进行充分分析,得到了超化煤矿二1煤层自燃的预测预报指标。基于氧化动力学方法对22011综采面煤样的自燃倾向性进行了测定,其鉴定结果为Ⅱ级自燃。因此,超化煤矿二1煤层的防灭火工作应按Ⅱ级自燃煤层进行。 Coal seam spontaneous combustion is an extremely complex dynamic process.According to the test procedure,the temperature test of the coal sample was tested.According to the statistical results of the relevant data,the author found the variation of various gas concentrations with temperature.The coal oxidation temperature and the characteristics of the gas products were fully analyzed,and the prediction index of spontaneous combustion of the No.1 coal seam in Chaohua Coal Mine(Ⅱ)was obtained.Based on the oxidation kinetics method,the spontaneous combustion tendency of coal samples in 22011 fully mechanized coal mining face was measured,and the identification result was class II spontaneous combustion.Therefore,the fire prevention work of the No.1 coal seam of Chaohua Coal Mine(Ⅱ)should be carried out according to the Class II self-igniting coal seam.
