摘要
根据废塑料初加工生产废水水质特点,某废塑料加工工业园区采用隔渣+沉淀+气浮+水解酸化+A/O+深床滤池的主体工艺对其进行处理。该工艺运行一段时间,结果表明,其处理效果稳定,出水水质中SS指标达到污水综合排放一级A标准。笔者介绍了SS去除工艺的设计方法,分析了其运行情况。
According to the characteristics of wastewater quality in the initial processing of waste plastics,a waste plastics processing industrial park adopts the main process of“slag+precipitation+air flotation+hydrolysis acidification+A/O+deep bed filter tank”to treat it.The process runs for a period of time,and the results show that the treatment effect is stable,and the SS index in the effluent quality meets the first-class A standard for comprehensive wastewater discharge.The author introduced the design method of SS removal process and analyzed its operation.
