摘要
如今,工业能源耗损量不断增加,2015年,我国标准煤耗损量达到24.6亿t,占社会整体能源耗损量的70%左右。由此可见,工业能源耗损严重的问题亟待解决。人们需要制定能评标准,并通过能评判断项目能源损耗程度,借此强化管理。本文首先简要分析了能源流,提出从工艺技术方案合理性、工艺流程组织与设备分布合理性两方面对工艺方案进行评估,然后论述如何通过产品能效和产值能效等评估工业项目能效指标,最后分析了改扩建项目能源回顾性评价和节能经济性分析方法,以期为工业项目能评提供参考。
Nowadays,industrial energy consumption is increasing.In 2015,China's standard coal consumption reached 2.46 billion tons,accounting for about 70%of the total energy consumption of society.It can be seen that the problem of serious industrial energy consumption needs to be solved urgently.People need to formulate evaluation criteria and judge the energy loss of the project through evaluation,thereby strengthening management.This paper briefly analyzes the energy flow.It is proposed to evaluate the process scheme from two aspects:the rationality of process technology scheme,the rationality of process flow organization and the rationality of equipment distribution.This paper discusses how to evaluate the energy efficiency index of industrial projects from the aspects of product energy efficiency and output energy efficiency.Finally,this paper analyzes the energy retrospective evaluation and the energy conservation economy analysis method of the reconstruction and expansion project,so as to provide the reference for the energy evaluation of the industrial project.
