摘要
卫生处理厂是城市病死禽畜和不合格肉制品的处理设施,是城市食品卫生安全和公共卫生防疫体系的屏障,是重要的环境卫生处理设施。目前,国内大多数卫生厂只将病死禽畜和屠宰废弃物作为单一处理源进行无害化处理,而随着社会的发展,城市中动物类产品废弃物的数量和种类也日益增加,传统的卫生厂处理工艺逐渐难以满足城市动物类产品无害化处理的要求。本文通过对深圳市卫生处理厂进行工艺改进试验,提出一套能够实现卫生处理厂多源物料协同处理能力的技术方案。
The health treatment plant is the treatment facility for the city's dead livestock and unqualified meat products.It is the barrier of the urban food hygiene safety and the public health prevention system,and it is an important environmental sanitation treatment facility.At present,most domestic health factories only treat dead poultry and livestock and slaughterhouses as a single source of treatment.With the development of society,the number and types of animal wastes in the city are increasing.The traditional treatment process is difficult to meet the needs of the harmless treatment of urban animal products.Through the process improvement test of Shenzhen Sanitary Treatment Plant,this paper proposes a set of technical solutions that can realize the collaborative processing capability of multi-source materials in sanitary treatment plants.
