摘要
主要介绍了浮选技术在OCC制浆工艺中创新应用的成功案例,借助浮选技术可进一步改善和提高OCC制浆中胶黏物的去除效率。OCC浮选技术应用的主要目标和挑战有:单一的浮选法对于纤维中杂质的去除率必须足够高,否则没有应用意义,这些杂质包括胶黏物、尘埃点、原料中夹杂的废旧报纸中的油墨等;浮选法会产生一定量的浆渣排出,由此会造成6%~8%纤维流失,这很难让制浆造纸企业接受,如何能在保证OCC浮选法杂质去除率的同时又能最大限度地减少纤维流失,也是本次应用要研究解决的重点。
This paper mainly introduces the successful cases of innovative application of flotation technology in OCC pulping process.The remaining stickies can be removed more efficiently in OCC pulping by means of flotation technology.However,there also exist some challenges for the flotation technology.First,single flotation must ensure a high removal rate of fiber impurities,otherwise it won’t make any sense in practical application.Impurities in the fiber mainly refer to stickies,dusts,printing inks remaining in waste newspapers,etc.Second,flotation technology can bring about a certain amount of pulp reject,resulting in 6%-8%fiber loss,which may not be accepted by pulping and papermaking companies.Thus,how to guarantee both a high removal rate of impurities and low fiber loss becomes a focus in this research.
