摘要
建立一种用于纸杯中残留的22种溶剂的顶空气相色谱检测方法。方法采用毛细管色谱柱分离,FI D检测,样品的挥发性组分经顶空进样器加热平衡后,自动抽取气体,进入气相色谱检测。结果表明:22种溶剂残留能够完全分离,相关系数都在0.995以上,方法检测限在0.003~0.006m g/m2之间,相对标准偏差在1.36%~4.76%之间,样品的加标回收率在90.0%~98.9%之间。结论:本方法可以用于纸杯中溶剂残留量的检测,方法简捷、高效、准确性高。
A method was developed for simultaneous determination of the 22 kinds of solvent residues in paper cups by headspace gas chromatography.After capillary column separation and FID inspection,volatile components of the sample can be heated and balanced in headspace sampler,and then automatically extracted into the gas chromatography.The results showed that 22 kinds of solvent residues can be completely separated with all the separation rates exceeding 0.995.Moreover,the detection limit ranges from 0.003mg/m2 to 0.006mg/m2,the relative standard deviation ranges from 1.36%to 4.76%,and the recovery rate of the sample ranges from 90.0%to 98.9%.Therefore,it’s proved that the headspace gas chromatography can be a good method to be applied in the determination of solvent residues in paper cups,which is easily used,efficient and accurate.
