丙氨酸氨基转移酶快速检测用于血站血液采集前的意义研究

Significance of Rapid Detection of Alanine Aminotransferase in Blood Collection of Blood Station

目的研究丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)快速检测用于血站血液采集前应用的意义。方法取材于2016年5月~8月在平度爱心献血屋和采血车采集的血液样本,数量为2744例,血液样本采集前使用ALT快速检测,然后留取血样送检验科进行复检,将两种检测方法的检测结果进行对比。结果两种检测方法检测数据相近,没有明显差异,检测结果显示,2744例血液样本中存在3例ALT指标不合格,合格率为99.89%。结论采血前进行ALT快速检测,能够在血液采集前筛选出不符合标准的献血人员,通过ALT快速检测与复检结果的比较,发现ALT快速检测准确性较高,另外,ALT快速检测还具有灵活方便易开展的特点,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To study the meaning of the use of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)for the pre-collection of blood stations.Method Based on the May 2016 to August in Pingdu donation housing and blood collection blood samples collected,the number of 2744 cases,the use of ALT for rapid detection of blood samples collected before,and then take blood samples were sent to the laboratory to test retest,detection results of the two detection methods were compared.As a result There were no obvious differences between the two detection methods.Result The results showed that there were 3 cases of ALT in the 2744 blood samples,and the qualified rate was 99.89%.Conclusion ALT rapid detection before blood collection,screening does not meet the criteria of blood donors in the blood collected before,through comparing the ALT rapid detection and review results,found the ALT rapid detection accuracy,in addition,ALT also has the characteristics of rapid detection of flexible and convenient and easy to carry out,has higher application value in practice.
