镇静六针治疗帕金森病的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupressure in the Treatment of Parkinson's Disease

目的研究治疗帕金森病患者采取镇静六针的临床效果。方法选择我院2014年3月至2015年9月收治的116例帕金森病患者,按照入院顺序分为两组,其中58例患者采取卡左双多巴作为对照组,另58例患者在常规治疗基础上采取镇静六针作为研究组,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果经过观察两组患者临床效果看出,治疗前两组患者UPDRS以及HAMD评分均无明显差别(P>0.05);治疗后发现研究组各项评分均比对照组评分低,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗帕金森病患者在常规治疗基础上,采取镇静六针效果显著,有效改善患者相关症状,促进病情恢复,提高患者生存质量,具有推广及应用的价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of acupressure in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.Method 116 patients with Parkinson’s disease treated from March 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital were selected.The subjects were divided into two groups according to the registration number,58 cases each group.The control group took Carbidopa;on the basis,the study group also took the acupressure of TCM technique.The clinical effect for two groups was compared.Result Before treatment,the UPDRS points and HAMD points for two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after treatment,the UPDRS points and HAMD points for study group were lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the conventional therapy,the acupressure has an obvious effect in patients with Parkinson’s disease,can improve the clinical symptoms,promote the patient’s recovery and enhance their life quality.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
