摘要
互联网和传统业务体系的结合让人们可以快速便捷足不出户办理各类证件、处理公文,但是个人的私密文件、账户信息、信用资料等在互联网上也很容易被非法获取或者篡改。本文设计出一种基于电子印章的数字水印算法,基于传统的图像置乱加密方法进行改进。实验证实改进后算法的抵抗图像压缩能力较强,隐蔽性较好,鲁棒性较高,适合电子印章的应用。
The combination of the Internet and the traditional business system allows people to quickly and conveniently handle all kinds of credentials and documents without leaving the house,but personal private documents,account information and credit information on the Internet are also easy to be illegally obtained or tampered with.In this paper,a digital watermarking algorithm based on electronic seal is designed,which is improved based on the traditional image scrambling encryption method.The experimental results show that the improved algorithm has better ability to resist image compression,has better concealment and higher robustness,which is suitable for the application of electronic seal.
