摘要
本文主要分析了公务员报考的主要经济动因,即隐性福利的变化。近两年公务员报考热潮逐渐冷却的原因就在于我国八项规定六项禁令等反腐措施的践行。在此基础上提出建立严格监督机制,引导择业者形成合理的就业观等建议。
This article mainly analyzes the main economic motivation of the civil service examination,that is,the change of the recessive welfare.The reason for the gradual cooling of the upsurge of civil service examination in the last two years lies in the practice of anti-corruption measures such as eight provisions and six injunctions in China.On this basis,it is suggested that strict supervision mechanism should be established to guide the choice of job seeker to form a reasonable view of employment and so on.
