摘要
随着“互联网+”时代的来临,出版行业也面临着在传统出版与数字出版的转型中,在新的形势下,把出版社的社会效益和经济效益相统一,就要求在出版社内部进行行之有效的绩效管理。任何财务管理政策,如不能与绩效管理挂钩,纵使其他方面设计精良,可能都难以达到较好的效果。一个与出版企业战略合拍,行之有效的绩效管理系统,可以让很多财务问题发生概率大大降低,从而达到“治病于未起”的效果。在面临外部环境的挑战和内部的资源调整的双重压力下,企业的绩效管理就显得尤为重要,笔者在本文中,从高校出版社的实际业务内容出发,从组织结构、如何管理员工、如何设定绩效标准、过程和结果、激励五个维度阐述了绩效管理在实际工作中的应用和操作,以提升企业的核心竞争力,为教学和科研服务,走坚持质量第一,打造精品图书,有生命力的图书的可持续发展道路;通过合理有效的绩效管理,能够为高校出版社建设一支有工匠精神的团队,建立合理的工作机制、规章制度、人才培养办法,只有如此,高校出版社的发展才是有生命力的,才是可持续的。
With the"Internet+"era,the publishing industry is facing a transition in the traditional publishing and digital publishing.In the new situation,to press the unity of social and economic benefits,it requires effective performance management in internal press.If any financial management policy can not be linked to performance management,even if the other aspects are well designed,it may be difficult to achieve better results.A performance management system that is effective with the publishing enterprises strategy can reduce the probability of many financial problems,and achieve the effect of"curing the disease at the beginning".In the face of challenges and pressures of internal resources to adjust the external environment,the enterprise performance management is particularly important.it the author in this paper,starting from the actual business of the University Press,from the organizational structure,how to manage the staff,how to set performance standards,process and results,incentive five dimensions expounds application and the operation of performance management in the practical work,to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,service for teaching and research go,insist on quality first,create fine books,the vitality of the library and the road of sustainable development;through reasonable and effective performance management,to build a university press artisan spirit of the team,establish a reasonable the working mechanism,regulations,personnel training way.Only in this way,the development of the University Press is viable,and sustainable continued.
