市场经济在不断发展,企业之间的竞争日渐加剧,企业要想获得如同以前的高利润已经日渐困难。这就需要企业在进行销售以及售后服务过程中做好成本控制,促进其优质服务的提升,从而达到竞争优势的获得。基于此,本文就销售及售后服务成本控制进行分析研究,以供参考。
With the market economy developing continuously,the competition between enterprises is increasing day by day.It is increasingly difficult for enterprises to obtain high profits as before.This requires enterprises to do cost control in the process of sales and after-sales service,and improve their quality services,so as to achieve the competitive advantage.Based on this,this paper analyses the cost control of sales and after-sales service for reference.
