经济学视角下全面二孩政策的实施效果及对策探究

生育政策是调控人口发展的重要手段,对社会稳定、经济发展有着举足轻重的作用,"全面二孩"是一项即惠囯又惠民的生育政策。本文首先介绍了"全面二孩"政策的提出背景,接着从人口老龄化、劳动力供给、男女性别比、经济转型和失独五个方面来论述"全面二孩"政策对社会经济的影响,然后论述阻碍政策实施的三个主要因素:生育成本、就业压力、养老方式,最后提出了解决办法。

Family planning policy is an important means to control the population development,the social stability and economic development.which"Two-child policy"benefits the nation and the people.This paper first introduces the background of the comprehensive two child policy,then from the aging of the population,labor supply,sex ratio,economic transformation and the loss of independence in five aspects of"Two-child policy"policy on the social and economic effects,and then discusses the three main factors that hinder the implementation of the policy:cost,employment growth pressure,endowment,finally put forward the solution.
