补肾活血方联合中医靶向透药治疗以血尿为主型IgA肾病的临床研究

Clinical research of Bushen Huoxue Recipe combined with TCM targeted drug penetration therapy for the treatment of IgA nephropathy with hematuria as the main type

目的观察补肾活血方联合中医靶向透药治疗以血尿为主型免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)肾病的临床疗效。方法 60例以血尿为主型Ig A肾病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。两组均给予贝那普利片和益肾方基础治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用补肾活血方联合中医靶向透药治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数、血肌酐水平的变化及临床疗效、中医证候疗效。结果治疗组临床总有效率为90.00%,对照组临床总有效率为83.34%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组中医证候总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者24 h尿蛋白定量及尿红细胞计数低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血肌酐均较治疗前稍有下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补肾活血方联合中医靶向透药治疗以血尿为主型Ig A肾病疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Recipe combined with TCM targeted drug penetration therapy for the treatment of IgA nephropathy with hematuria as the main type.Methods A total of 60 IgA nephropathy patients with hematuria as the main type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Patients of two groups were given Benazepril and Yishen Recipe for basic treatment.On this basis,the treatment group was given Bushen Huoxue Recipe combined with TCM targeted drug penetration therapy.The 24 h urinary protein quantitation,urine red blood cell count,serum creatinine level before and after treatment between the two groups were compared,and the clinical efficacy and curative effect of TCM syndrome were observed and compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,that of the control group was 83.34%,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24 h urinary protein quantitation and urine red blood cell count of two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and above indicators of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum creatinine of the two groups decreased slightly compared with before treatment,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of Bushen Huoxue Recipe combined with TCM targeted drug penetration therapy for the treatment of IgA nephropathy with hematuria as the main type is significant,with high safety,is worthy of clinical promotion.
