普萘洛尔辅助治疗甲亢的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Propranolol in the adjuvant treatment of hyperthyroidism

目的探讨普萘洛尔辅助治疗甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)的临床疗效。方法 60例甲亢患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。两组均给予甲巯咪唑口服治疗,观察组在此基础上加用普萘洛尔治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后促甲状腺素(TSH)、总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)、总甲状腺素(TT4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)水平及临床疗效。结果观察组控制率为63.3%,显著高于对照组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组TSH显著高于治疗前,TT3、TT4、FT3及FT4显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组TSH显著高于对照组,TT3、TT4、FT3及FT4水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲巯咪唑联合普萘洛尔治疗甲亢能显著提高临床疗效,改善甲状腺激素水平。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Propranolol in the adjuvant treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of 60 cases with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The two groups were given Methimazole treatment,and the observation group was treated with Propranolol on the basis of Methimazole treatment.The levels of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),total three iodine thyroxine(TT3),total thyroxine(TT4),free triiodothyronine(FT3)and free tetraiodothyronine(FT4)before and after treatment and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results The control rate of the observation group was 63.3%,which was significantly higher than 20.0%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TSH of two groups were significantly higher than before treatment,and TT3,TT4,FT3 and FT4 were significantly lower than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TSH in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the levels of TT3,TT4,FT3 and FT4 were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Methimazole combined with Propranolol in the treatment of hyperthyroidism can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,and improve the level of thyroid hormone.
