摘要
目的探讨人二倍体细胞狂犬病疫苗(HDCV)对狂犬病暴露者的应用价值。方法将选择接种HDCV方案的53例狂犬病暴露患者设为应用组,将选择接种冻干人用狂犬病疫苗(Vero细胞)58例狂犬病暴露患者设为对照组。对两组患者每季度电话随访1次,比较其疫苗接种安全性、接种依从性、副反应发生情况。结果两组患者狂犬病疫苗保护情况和异常副反应情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。应用组全程接种5针次52例,接种依从性率为98.11%;对照组全程接种5针次49例,接种依从性率为84.48%;应用组的接种依从率明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。应用组一般副反应发生率为7.55%,低于对照组的20.69%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HDCV具有高安全性,高保护率,患者的接种依从性高,疫苗副反应发生率低,值得在狂犬病暴露患者中推广应用。
Objective To explore the application value of human diploid cell rabies vaccine(HDCV)on rabies exposed.Methods A total of 53 cases of rabies exposed who were vaccinated with HDCV regimen were selected as the application group.58 cases of rabies exposed who were vaccinated with rabies vaccine(VERO cell)were selected as the control group.Patients of two groups were followed up on a quarterly basis,the vaccination safety,vaccination compliance,incidence of side effects between the two groups were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the protection of rabies vaccine and abnormal side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).In the application group,52 cases were vaccinated 5 times throughout the whole process,and the compliance rate was 98.11%.In the control group,49 cases were vaccinated 5 times throughout the whole process,and the compliance rate was 84.48%.The compliance rate of vaccination in the application group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of general adverse reactions in the application group was 7.55%,which was significantly lower than 20.69%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion HDCV has high safety,high protection rate,high compliance rate of vaccination in patients and a low incidence of adverse effects of vaccines.It is worthwhile to promote and apply it to patients who have been exposed to rabies.
