摘要
三电平NPC逆变器是目前应用最为广泛的多电平逆变器。针对三电平NPC逆变器存在的直流电容电压波动问题和共模电压问题,提出了一种新型虚拟空间矢量调制策略。提出的新型虚拟空间矢量调制策略一方面可以实现任意调制度和功率因数的直流电容波动控制;另一方面又减小了三电平NPC逆变器的输出共模电压。理论分析、仿真和实验表明,提出的方法较传统SPWM策略和虚拟空间矢量调制策略可减小50%的共模电压。
Three-level neutral point clamped(NPC)converter is currently the most widely used converter since its excellent performance.Aimming at the three-level NPC converter to solve the direct current(DC)capacitor voltage imbalance problem and the common mode voltage problem.A novel virtual space vector modulation strategy was proposed.The new virtual space vector modulation strategy proposed could achieve DC capacitor voltage balance control under full modulation depth and full power factor.Moreover,it could reduce the output common-mode voltage of three-level NPC converter.Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method can reduce the common mode voltage by half compared with the traditional SPWM strategy and virtual space vector modulation strategy.
