摘要
该文阐述了液压传动系统中两个基本准则的重要性,同时指出了实际工程中对其理解过程中出现的偏差。从负载的基本概念、分类以及压力的基本概念出发,结合工程实例指出了压力准则的具体涵义:第一,外负载是压力大小的决定性因素;第二,仅在外负载超出液压系统承受范围时内负载才可能是压力大小的决定性因素。以液压缸为例,阐明了流量准则的具体涵义:第一,正常情况下流量是决定速度大小的主要因素;第二,在保证流量充足的极限情况下执行元件的最大或最小速度也受限于其结构、材料等因素。
This paper expounds the importance of two basic standards in the hydraulic transmission system,andthe deviation of understanding is pointed out in the process.Starting with the basic concepts of load,classification,and pressure,combined with the engineering examples,the specific meaning of the pressure criterion is pointed out:First,external load is the determining factor of pressure magnitude;Second,the internal load may be the determining factor of the pressure magnitude only when the external load is beyond the hydraulic system.Take hydraulic cylinder as an example,the specific meaning of the flow criterion is clarified:First,flow is a major factor in determining the velocity under normal conditions.Second,The maximum or minimum velocity of the actuator is also limited by its structure,material and other factors in the case of sufficient flow.
