摘要
在数控机床应用领域,龙门轴结构的应用越来越普遍,这种结构具有高速度、高精度的优点,但在应用上技术难度很大。通过对PID同步算法进行研究,提出基于CPAC龙门轴控制器,采用前馈+交叉耦合补偿控制方法的同步方案,该方案在高速转塔冲床双Y轴送料中得到推广应用,测试证明此方案具有较高的可靠性与先进性。
In the field of CNC machine tool applications,the application of the gantry axis structure is more and more common.This structure has the advantages of high speed and high precision,but the technology is very difficult in application.Through the research of PID synchronization algorithm,a synchronization scheme based on CPAC gantry axis controller and feedforward+cross coupling compensation control method is proposed.The scheme is popularized in double Y-axis feeding of high-speed turret punch.The test proves that this scheme has Higher reliability and advanced nature.
