摘要 针对全过冷液氧在新一代运载火箭加注工作中的应用价值进行分析,得到液氧全过冷加注能够有效控制贮箱内液氧温度、防止输送过程产生两相流、保证加注平稳,亦将简化发射场的发射加注流程,减少贮箱内的蒸发损耗和自动补加的次数,缩短加注时间,提高加注可靠性,对当今液氧加注系统设计和今后航天低温推进剂加注具有实用意义。 Subcooled liquid oxygen full loading can effectively control the liquid oxygen temperature in the tank,prevent two-phase flow in the flow process,and ensure the loading stability.The launching and loadling process of the launching site will be simplified,to reduce the evaporation loss and automatic loading to the tank,shorten the loading time and improve the reliability of loading.At present,Subcooled liquid oxygen full loading has become a developing trend abroad and has been widely used.The research of this paper is of practical significance to the design of liquid oxygen loadling system and the loadling of space cryogenic propellant.
