摘要
在某型筒弹吊具的紧固装置中设计有支撑臂,为减小吊具的整体质量,需要对支撑臂进行轻量化设计。为实现该设计目标,以灵敏度分析为基本方法,根据初始参数以及受力、挠度的要求,改变横板、侧板壁厚的参数,得到了最小质量,计算出了对质量、应力、挠度灵敏度最大的壁厚参数,可为进一步选用合理的材料实现轻量化设计提供参考依据。
A studdle is designed to used in missile lifting fastening device,lightweight design is needed to reduce the mass of lifting device.To achieve the target,based on sensivity analysis method,according to the initial parameter,severity and deflection,finalizing the scope value of thickness of diaphragm and side plate,calculating the minium mass,most sensitive parameters of thickness to mass,severity and deflection,the conclusion can provide a basis for further rational material selection and lightweight design.
