人工智能成为全球信息领域产业竞争的新一轮焦点。从产业角度讲,开源平台占据人工智能产业生态的核心地位,具有统领产业进步节奏、带动终端场景与云端服务协同发展的重要作用,处于承上启下的关键地位。本文针对人工智能开源平台发展情况,研究分析发展历程、发展模式、关键技术,全面分析全球和我国发展态势,并给出我国发展人工智能开源平台的建议和举措。

Artificial intelligence has become a new focus in the global information industry competition.From the view of industry,open source platform occupies the core position of the artificial intelligence industry ecology,has the important role of leading the pace of industrial progress and driving the cooperative development for terminal and cloud,and is in the key position of the connecting link.In this paper,based on the open source platform,the development process,development model and key technology are studied and analyzed,and the development trend of the world and our country is analyzed comprehensively,and at last our suggestions and measures to develop the open source platform of artificial intelligence in China are given.
