高压喷射注浆施工技术实例分析

本文结合扬州智谷科技综合体二期基坑工程高压喷射注浆施工实例,通过施工工艺参数的理论计算确定施工控制指标,根据工艺性试验结果对其验证和修正,在整个施工过程中对各项参数指标进行监测和控制,将其中返浆量的监测和控制作为重点工作,有效保证了高压喷射注浆的施工质量并作为成功案例以供参考。

Basing on the high pressure jet grouting construction example of the two phase foundation pit of Yangzhou Zhi Gu complex,this paper determines the construction control index through the theoretical calculation of the construction process parameters,and verifies and correctes the parameters according to the technological test results,and will monitor and control all parameters during the whole construction process,which will return to the construction process.The monitoring and control of slurry volume,as a key work,effectively ensured the construction quality of high pressure jet grouting,and served as a successful case for reference.
