摘要
推动制造业转型升级,加快实现由世界工厂向世界制造业中心转变,是增强粤港澳大湾区城市群竞争力,从而增强其辐射带动能力的重要条件。本文运用2005-2016年粤港澳大湾区中珠三角9市的制造业两位数行业数据,从产品技术复杂度层面构建制造业升级的指标,考察了9市的制造业技术水平及其变动,据此提出了制造业升级的政策建议。
Promoting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry and accelerating the transformation from the world's factory to the world's manufacturing center is an important condition for enhancing the competitiveness of urban agglomerations in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area as well as its radiation-driving capacity.Based on the data of two-digit manufacturing industry in 9 cities of the Pearl River Delta in the Greater Bay Area from 2005 to 2016,this paper constructs an index of manufacturing industry upgrade from the level of product technical complexity,investigates the technical level of manufacturing industry and its changes in those 9 cities,and puts forward the policy recommendations for manufacturing industry upgrade.
