The role of Venous Therapy Management team in the quality Management of Central Venous Catheter maintenance

目的探讨中心静脉导管(CVC)维护质量管理中静脉治疗管理小组的作用。方法本院2016年12月建立静脉治疗管理小组,取2015年12月~2016年11月管理小组建立前采用PICC、CVC置管的患者80例设为对照组,取2016年12月~2017年11月管理小组建立后血液科、肿瘤科、重症医学科的PICC、CVC置管患者80例设为观察组。收集并统计两组感染、导管堵塞、导管脱落、穿刺点出血等不良事件发生情况;对47名护理人员进行中心静脉导管维护相关专业知识进行考核,比较其在管理小组建立前、后的专业知识水平;以一次穿刺成功率、患者及医生对CVC维护质量的满意度评估质量管理效果,分析静脉治疗管理小组的作用。结果观察组感染、导管堵塞、导管脱落、穿刺点出血等不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);静脉治疗管理小组建立后护理人员理论知识和专业操作能力均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组一次穿刺成功率、患者及医生对CVC维护质量的满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论静脉治疗管理小组在CVC维护质量管理中作用显著,能够有效提升护理人员的专业知识水平,减少不良事件的发生,提高安全性和护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the role of the central venous catheter(CVC)maintenance management group in the management of vein therapy.Methods In December 2016,our hospital established the venous treatment management group.From December 2015 to November 2016,80 patients who were treated with PICC,CVC before the establishment of the management group were selected as the control group,and the department of hematology,oncology,after the establishment of the management group from December 2016 to November 2017,was used as the control group.80 cases of PICC,CVC catheterization in the Department of intensive Medicine were set up as observation group.Collecting and statistics of two groups of infection,catheter blockage,catheter shedding,puncture point bleeding,etc.The occurrence of the incident;47 nursing staff to conduct a central venous catheter maintenance related professional knowledge to compare their level of professional knowledge before and after the establishment of the management team,with the success rate of one puncture,Patients and doctors were satisfied with CVC maintenance quality to evaluate the effectiveness of quality management and analysis of the role of intravenous therapy management team.Results In the observation group,the infection,obstruction of the catheter and shedding of the catheter were observed.The incidence of adverse events such as bleeding at puncture points was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the theoretical knowledge and professional operation ability of nursing staff after the establishment of the intravenous therapy management group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of single puncture and the satisfaction of patients and doctors with CVC maintenance quality were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intravenous therapy management group plays a significant role in the quality management of CVC maintenance,which can effectively improve the professional knowledge of nursing staff,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,improve safety and nursing satisfaction.It is worth popularizing and applying.
