超声在双胎输血综合征的应用

Application of Ultrasound in Twin-Twin Transfusion Syndrome

目的探析对双胎输血综合征行以超声诊断和治疗的临床价值。方法择取本院收治的10例诊断为双胎输血综合征的孕妇,所选孕妇均行以超声诊疗。结果术前和术后胎儿脐动脉阻力指数和脐动脉搏动指数、S/D比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声对双胎输血综合征的术前诊断、术中引导以及术后监测具有重要作用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound diagnosis and treatment for twin twin transfusion syndrome.Methods 10 pregnant women diagnosed as twin transfusion syndrome were selected in our hospital.All the selected pregnant women were treated by ultrasound.Results There was a significant difference in fetal umbilical artery resistance index and umbilical artery pulsatility index and S/D before and after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound plays an important role in preoperative diagnosis,intraoperative guidance and postoperative monitoring of twin twin transfusion syndrome.
