盐酸米诺环素软膏联合替硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎对牙周指标及疗效的影响

Effect of Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment combined with tinidazole on periodontal index and curative effect in patients with chronic periodontitis

目的观察盐酸米诺环素软膏联合替硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎对患者牙周指标及疗效的影响。方法选取2016年6月~2017年10月在本院就诊的慢性牙周炎患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组及对照组,每组40例。对照组患者常规接受盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,观察组患者在对照组的治疗基础上联合应用替硝唑口腔贴片治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前后牙周指标[牙周附着水平(PAL)、牙齿松动度(MD)、全口牙菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周探诊深度(PPD)及牙龈指数(GI)]和临床疗效。结果牙周指标:治疗完成后,两组患者PAL、MD、PLI、PPD及GI等多个指标均发生显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组患者改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);临床疗效:观察组患者治疗总有效率95%,显著高于对照组72.5%(P<0.05)。结论盐酸米诺环素软膏联合替硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎效果满意,值得在临床工作中推广。

Objective To observe the effect of Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment combined with tinidazole on periodontal index and curative effect in patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods 80 cases of chronic periodontitis in our hospital from June 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment.The patients in the observation group were treated with Tinidazole Oral Sticking Tablets on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The periodontal index[Periodontal attachment level(PAL),tooth mobility(MD),complete dental plaque index(PLI),periodontal probing depth(PPD)and gingival index(GI)]of the two groups were compared and compared before and after treatment.Results Periodontal index:After the treatment,PAL,MD,PLI,PPD and GI were significantly improved in the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Clinical efficacy:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.5%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment combined with tinidazole is effective in the treatment of chronic periodontitis,and is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
