摘要
目的分析连续性护理干预在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月~2016年11月于本院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者88例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组患者采用常规护理服务,观察组患者采用连续护理干预,对比两组护理效果。结果相较于对照组,观察组患者的住院时间更短,疾病加重次数与再入院次数更少(P<0.05)。结论连续性护理干预在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果显著,能够缩短患者住院时间,值得广泛推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing intervention in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods From January 2014 to November 2016,88 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups to provide routine nursing services for patients in the control group,continuous nursing intervention for the observation group,Compare two groups of nursing effects.Results Compared with the control group,the patients in the observation group had shorter hospital stay,fewer exacerbations and fewer hospitalizations(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of continuous nursing intervention in patients with chronic heart failure is significant,which can shorten the length of stay in hospital and deserve wide promotion.
