摘要
以芹菜素为模板分子,二乙烯基吡啶为功能单体,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,采用回流沉淀聚合法制备分子印迹聚合物,并对其吸附性和选择性进行了研究。等温静态吸附实验结果表明,与相应的空白聚合物相比,该印迹聚合物具有更好的亲和性;动态吸附实验结果表明,吸附在2h快速达到平衡。
Molecularly imprinted polymerization was prepared by reflux precipitation polymerization with apigenin as template molecule,divinyl pyridine as functional monomer,azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinker.The adsorption property and selectivity were studied.The results of isothermal static adsorption experiments showed that the imprinted polymer had better affinity than the corresponding blank polymer.The dynamic adsorption experiment results showed that the adsorption reached equilibrium after 2 h.
