摘要
本文研究了纳米体碱式硝酸铜的合成工艺路线、合成原理、工艺流程等,并采用电子隧道扫描显微成像仪对其形貌、比表面积、最可几孔径和粒度进行测试。结果表明,采用本工艺生产的纳米体碱式硝酸铜,比表面积大,成本低,外观粒径可调可控,流散性好,颗粒均匀,有很强的燃烧催化性能,能满足汽车安全气囊产气剂材料的要求。
The synthetic process,synthesis principle and process flow of the alkaline nano copper nitrate were studied,the morphology,specific surface area,the most possible pore size and particle size were tested by electronic tunnel scanning.The results showed that the prepared copper nanoscale alkaline nitrate had large specific area,low cost,adjustable and controllable appearance particle size,good dispersion,uniform particles,strong combustion catalytic performance and energy,met the requirement of automotive airbag gas generator materials.
