人才培养视阈下的高职英语课程改革探析

摘要 当前高职英语课程设置及其教学存在较多问题,主要表现为课程设置与专业缺乏紧密结合,教学模式陈旧、教学观念落后、教学评价单一。从高职人才培养视阈出发,厘清课程改革与课程教学改革的内涵,基于课程目标定位、教学模式选取、教学方法运用、教学观念更新和教学评价手段四个层面,提出课程实施阶段化、教学方法一体化、师资队伍优质化和评价手段多样化的举措,以进一步深化高职英语课程改革,提升高职人才培养水平。 There are still some problems in the setting and teaching of English curriculum in Higher Vocational Education.The main performance is that the curriculum is closely integrated with the professional,the teaching model is outdated,the teaching concept is backward,and the teaching evaluation is single.Therefore,from the perspective of talent cultivation,to clarify the connotation of curriculum reform and curriculum reform,this article based on the four objectives of curriculum goal orientation,teaching mode selection,teaching method application,teaching concept updating and teaching evaluation methods,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from four aspects:staged course implementation,integrated teaching method,high-quality teaching staff and diversified evaluation means,which can further deepen the reform of English Curriculum in Higher Vocational Education and improve the level of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
