高职院校服务型基层党组织的建设融入了创新创业服务的新职能。创新创业视域下高职院校服务型基层党组织建设基本内涵,是指服务于创新型国家建设、培养学生创新精神和创业实践能力为根本价值取向的一种组织模式和工作形态。其建设路径应通过提升服务理念、优化服务队伍、创新服务载体、创建服务品牌以及健全服务机制等,围绕创新创业人才培养将服务型基层党组织建设的内涵具体化。

The construction of service-oriented grass-root party organization in higher vocational college has been integrated into the new functions of innovation and entrepreneurship.The basic construction connotation of the service-oriented grass-root party organization in higher vocational college is a kind of organization mode and work form which serves the innovation-oriented country construction,the students’innovation spirit and the entrepreneurial practice ability.And the construction paths should involve strengthening service idea,promoting service team,innovating service carrier,creating service brand and improving service mechanism so as to substantiate the connotation of the service-oriented grass-root party organization construction with the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents at the core.
