高校辅导员职业道德是辅导员职业化发展的必然产物,是高校辅导员在工作实践中应当遵循的行为准则和道德规范,表现出道德主体双重、道德关系多元、道德责任重大、道德行为示范、道德建设紧迫等特征,敬业育人是高校辅导员职业道德的基本原则。从人职、人我、群我三个层面的道德关系提出高校辅导员职业道德规范。

The professional ethics of college counselors are the inevitable product of the professional development of the counselors,and are the code of conduct and moral norms that college counselors should follow in the work practice.The ethnics are possessed with the characteristics of double moral subjects,the multi moral relationships,the major moral responsibility,the exemplary moral behavior and the urgent moral construction.Dedication to work and educating people is the basic principle of professional ethics of college counselors.The moral norms of college counselors are put forward from the moral relations of three levels:man and profession,man and man,man and society.
