性侵害未成年人犯罪保护预防机制调查报告——以J市W区为例

A Report on the Protection and Prevention Mechanism of Sexual Offences against Minors——Taking W District, J City as an Example

近年来性侵害未成年人犯罪案件数量不断增加,引起公众对未成年人性安全和性预防的高度重视。根据"女童保护"基金会及J市W区人民检察院统计数据显示,性侵害未成年人犯罪案件呈现熟人作案为主、受害人低龄化、侵犯时间长等特点。推进未成年人性教育、完善证据搜寻与保存、加强教育监督与立法保障是构建性侵害未成年人犯罪保护预防机制的有效手段。

In recent years,the number of cases of sexual offences against minors has continued to increase,which has caused people to attach great importance to the sexual safety and sexual prevention of minors.According to the data from the Girls Protection Foundation and the People’s Procuratorate of W District,J City,the sexual offences against minors are mainly characterized by acquaintances,younger victims and long infringements.The analysis shows that advancing sexual education for minors,perfecting search and preservation of evidence,and strengthening education supervision and legislative guarantee are effective means for constructing prevention and prevention mechanisms for sexual offences against minors.
