拔尖创新人才的培养已成为我国新时期高等教育的重要使命和职责,大学生创新能力的培养也成为教育教学改革的新方向。科研训练作为高校高等教育的组成部分,更是推动创新型人才培养的有效驱动力和重要手段。本文以高校拔尖创新人才的培养作为切入点,从素质教育入手,尝试通过科研训练平台,探索符合高校学生成长规律、在科技创新活动和科研训练中取得显著成果的拔尖创新人才培养模式。

The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents has become an important mission and responsibility of higher education in China in the new era,and the cultivation of college students'innovative ability has also become a new direction of education and teaching reform.As an integral part of higher education in colleges and universities,scientific research training is an effective driving force and an important means to promote the cultivation of innovative talents.Taking the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents as the starting point,and starting from quality education,this paper attempts to explore a mode of training top-notch innovative talents that meets the growth rules of college students and achieves remarkable results in scientific and technological innovation activities and scientific research training through scientific research training platforms.
