大学生语商水平现状及其对个人未来发展影响研究

Research on the Status Quo of College Students' Language Quotient and Its Influence on Their Personal Development

近年来,随着大学生"就业难""守业难"现象的加剧以及各大语言类节目、书籍的兴起,语商的重要性越来越受到人们的重视。本文通过引入财富、生活满意度、工作效能感以及社交能力这四项指标来定义个人发展状况,借助问卷调查、访谈等方式,确定了大学时代的语商水平对个人未来发展的影响系数较大,并且给出了一系列提升语商水平的建议。

In recent years,with the"difficulty of employment"and"difficulty in keeping the profession"intensified among college students and the rise of major language programs and books,the importance of language quotient has become more and more important.This article defines the personal development status by introducing four indicators:wealth,life satisfaction,work efficiency and social skills.With the aid of questionnaires,interviews,etc.,it is determined that the influence factor of the level of language quotient in the university era on the future development of individuals is comparatively high.And finally we put forward a series of measures to improve the level of language quotient.
