摘要
中职教育作为社会发展中一种重要的教育类型,学生直接面向社会进行培养,因此农村中职的"留守学生"素质直接关系到社会和经济的稳定与发展。由于我国城乡二次元结构和地区差异仍十分明显,在农村的中职学校,教育资源的匮乏和教育方法的落后,目前在教育管理的方法上存在一定的困境,针对当前农村中职学校对"留守学生"教育管理面临的困境,紧紧抓住留守学生成长的需要,旨在为农村职校在面对"留守学生"进行教育管理的方式方法上,提供实效性强、示范性高、推广性好的策略与方法。
As secondary vocational education is an important type of education in social development,secondary vocational students are directly oriented to the social training.Therefore,the quality of"left-behind students"in rural secondary vocational schools is directly related to the social and economic stability and development.The purpose of this paper is to provide rural secondary vocational schools with effective and exemplary education management in the face of"left-behind students".
