高校大学生党建带团建工作的定位与思路

高校大学生是我国青年党员和团员的先进阵营,是高校科研建设的生力军,是党和国家未来的希望。坚持和完善高校党建带团建工作机制,是中国特色社会主义现代大学制度的鲜明特征和本质要求,也是我国高校经过30多年改革实践取得的宝贵经验。十八大以来,习近平总书记多次强调,要围绕我国高等教育事业发展的一系列重要问题,不断加强高校思想政治建设、加强党建带团建工作机制建设。面对新时期、新挑战,我们要明确高校党建带团建工作在现代教育中的定位,把握党委对共青团建设的思路,统一思想,形成"党团共建,创先争优"的工作作风。同时,这也对我国高等教育迈向现代化具有重要指导作用。

As an advanced group of young Party members and League members in China,college students are the new force for scientific research construction in colleges and universities,and the hope for the future of the Party and the country.Adhering to and improving the working mechanism of leading League building with Party building in colleges and universities is a distinctive feature and essential requirement of the modern university system with Chinese characteristics.It is also a valuable experience gained by Chinese colleges and universities after more than 30 years of reform and practice.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed that it is necessary to continuously strengthen the ideological and political construction of colleges and universities and strengthen the construction of the working mechanism of leading League building with Party building around a series of important issues in the development of higher education in China.Faced with the new era and new challenges,we must clarify the orientation of leading League building with Party building in modern higher education,grasp the ideas of the Party committee on the construction of the Communist Youth League,unify our thinking,and form the work style of"building both the League and Party,and striving for the first and the best".At the same time,this also plays an important guiding role in the modernization of China's higher education.
